Shipping policy

At AREE, we aim to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, a confirmation message and tracking number will be provided.

2. Shipping Rates

 $10 Flat Rate  2 - 7 day standard shipping within Australia 

 $12.95 1-3 day Express shipping within Australia

 FREE shipping within Australia on orders over $100AUD

3. Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (Australia):  

  Standard Postage:
  Same state: 2 - 4 business days
  Interstate: 3 - 6 business days

  Express Postage:
  Same state: 1 - 2 business days
  Interstate: 2 - 3 business days
  

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

AREE Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
In case of a lost parcel, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
