Refund policy


At AREE , we take pride in offering quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns for change of mind or incorrect size must meet the following conditions:
    Original tags attached
    Unworn and unwashed condition
    Returned in original packaging
    Order number included inside or on the return parcel
    Return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect size are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Accessories such as hats or caps (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@areeapparel.com.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for defective or incorrect items.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us hello@areeapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.
